Returns

There will be exchanges only for unworn clothes that do not meet your satisfaction or you may receive a store credit for future purchases. All returns are inspected for defects and unworn condition. 

• KarmelKozie will be responsible for shipping costs on all damaged items only.
• Since there is a 5.00 standard shipping fee all customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
